14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after delivery.
Email us within that period with the order number and a clear withdrawal statement. We will provide the return address and instructions.
Product condition and return cost
Return the product, accessories and packaging in suitable condition. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it may reduce the refund.
For a voluntary withdrawal, the customer pays the direct return cost. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us before sending it.
Refund
Eligible payments are refunded to the original payment method within the applicable legal period. We may wait until the goods or proof of return have been received.
